The image of the northern edge of Zeeburgereiland, just on the side of the skate paradise and in the lee of the aparment buildings around it, is determined by the row of privately build plots. Dvdp designed the house on one of those plots; therefore the row of town houses is almost closed at this location. The house, characterized by an elegantly detailed wooden facade and constrcuted with CLT elements (croos laminated timber), in addition to the use of suistainable construction methods in the interior, also shows a surprising spaciousness, from which - in this location it cannot be otherwise - the view of the IJmeer will remain the greatest daily pleasure.
