As one of the very last new construction projects on Cruquius Island, the realization of the dvdp project "kavel 1.6" is approaching its delivery date. The project will be realized in two consecutive phases. While the scaffolding for the masonry for the second, eastern, part of the plan has been placed, the first residents are already moving to the studios on the western side. The plan as whole will be able to function in the foreseeable future, with a built parking facility, a local supermarket, an impressive WKO facility and, above all; new homes for Amsterdam, of various types and sizes, designed and built for a very diverse group of buyers.
