The design that dvdp is making on behalf of Amvest for the Creative District Backer+Rueb in Breda has entered the next phase. An information meeting will be held on May 30 during which an explanation of the urban plan (Rijnboutt), the design of public space (Karres and Brands), and the architectural design (dvdp) will be given.
The plan concerns the transformation of two monumental industrial halls into a cultural address for the visual arts, the renovation and expansion of the existing office building and the new construction with homes, living-work units and commercial facilities/catering.
