Densification and improvement.
dvdp has been selected by De Alliantie Ontwikkeling BV as the architect for the construciton of appoximately one hunderd new homes in Amersfoort. On the Bosweg, in the heart of a 1960s ensemble with porch-storey houses, space has been found for urban renewal and densification. 24 existing homes will be replaced by approximately 100 new appartments with a differentiated program, which includes social housing and mid-market rental homes, varying in three types in size, from 50 to 83 m2. The new residential building will manifest itself as a centrally located pavilion in a green neighbourhood park.
