dvdp is working on the design for a combination of large land-bound city dwellings and compact apartments in the urban setting of the new Cruquiuseiland commissioned by Amvest. In this way, the missing link is built in a small but strategically located place in the heart of the urban development plan, both in a programmatic and in a spatial sense. The plan also consists of business and commercial functions in the plinth that may be linked to the above-mentioned city dwellings and of collective parking and bicycle parking for the new residents. Both building blocks meet the new high sustainability requirements and are operated with an extensive WKO-installation.
