The large-scale transformation and re-arrangement of the monumental and characteristic hall complex (Scheepsbouwloods, RDM-campus) into a modern and flexible accommodation for the Mobility course at the Albeda College (Techniek College Rotterdam) was taken into use on the 4th of September.

In an extremely short time of approximately 6 months (in a Design&Build construction with Groenendijk PGN bouw), we succeeded in designing, engineering and realizing the plan in consultation with the users. The project comprises teaching rooms, practice rooms, office spaces, meeting rooms, and technical rooms with a surface area of approximately 5.300 m2 gfa (approximately 550-600 full-time students).
